(Benjamin Zack | Standard-Examiner | The Associated Press) Miguel Hernandez is the general manager of Tokyo Station restaurant in Ogden and recently opened Pepito's Philly Cheese Steaks on 25th St. Hernandez moved from Mexico to Ogden as a teenager and began working as a busboy at Maple Gardens. He now works alongside the owners of Maple Gardens and is working on opening several new restaurants.
